The hotel is quiet little and absolutely great, nestled in a lovely building with garden views. The standard double room is lovely and has central heating, a coffee/tea maker, and TV. The location is stunning and marvellous and personnel is AMICABLE. Besides, Church of st Hybald is 10 minutes' drive away.

The stay at this inn was mind-blowing! The staff was super friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in even though we arrived late at night. The comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep. The village was lovely, with easy parking and beautiful hiking and cycling trails nearby. The bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding with a welcome drink, and the restaurant served delicious food, including a tasty children's menu. The flat-screen TV in the room was a great addition, and having a dryer and electric kettle made our stay even more convenient. The express check-in/-out option was a time-saver, allowing us to better enjoy the jaw-dropping activities like diving and golfing offered nearby. We also appreciated the picnic area/tables, perfect for enjoying the stunning scenery. Plus, the inn was smoke-free, ensuring a clean and healthy atmosphere throughout our stay.

We enjoyed our romantic getaway at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the village was lovely. Plus, easy parking made it convenient for us to explore the area. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, which was a great way to start and end our day.
The shower was scalding hot, and the bath was cold. We had to mix the water ourselves to get a comfortable temperature.

The Red Lion Coaching Inn was a great place to stay. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere in the bar and restaurant was lively. The highlight of my stay was the private bathroom in my double room. It was like having my own spa retreat with a luxurious bath and a refreshing shower. The fresh towels and premium toiletries provided added to the indulgence. It was truly a relaxing experience that made me feel pampered like a celebrity at a premiere.
Cleanliness could be improved.

I got great value for my money at this cozy inn. The room was comfortable and had a lovely view of the pond with ducks and even an old fire cart nextdoor, which added a unique touch. The friendly staff made me feel right at home and the village itself was charming. Easy parking and the delicious dinner and breakfast made my stay even better.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better was a wider selection.

The location of the inn is great, nestled in a lovely little nook with a picturesque pond and friendly ducks. the pub itself is well-maintained and offers a variety of delicious food options. Despite some previous reviews mentioning slow service, the staff were actually very helpful and friendly during my visit. the bed in my room was surprisingly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The overall condition of the inn left much to be desired. the decor was tired and lacked character, with a lack of pictures to add any charm.
